Hi friends and family, Angie has been resting at home this past week. She is feeling much better, the pain in her side still comes and goes, but the intensity has gone down since her stay in the hospital. Her nausea seems to be under control, she is taking medication to keep her stomach feeling well. We went to see the doctor yesterday and he informed us of his new plan for treatments. Right now, Angie is scheduled to start a new regimen on Tuesday. This chemotherapy treatment will include the same drugs from the last round, only at 1/2 of the doses she received last time. The plan is to continue this type of treatment twice at two week intervals and then scan and reevaluate then. The doctor would like to keep the cancer shrinking and keep Angie still feeling well enough to be at home during the treatments. She will be in the hospital overnight on Tuesday, and hopefully be home the next day. Angie sends out hugs to all of you and says she misses you all.
Rick and the kids are out of school now for the summer, the family has been relaxing at home for the most part during this last week.
Thanks for all of your continuing prayers and support!
Rick

Great to hear you are at home with your sweet kids! The love of family is medicine in itself! I'll pray this is the "perfect" chemo treatment to attack your cancer.
Hope you feel better. My family will pray for you, and keep praying for you.

Yay home! I'm so happy for you! Let us know if you need ANYTHING. I'll also pray that this new treatment is the answer.
Love you!
Sarah
