Hi everyone

Hi friends and family, sorry it has been so long since our last update. Soon, you should be able to view some pictures and the entire service from Angie's funeral on the blog. We have been working with Jim Strong at Our Savior's, who has graciously helped us out with this (my tech skills need some work). If you were unable to attend the service, you should be able to view this in the next few days. I am planning on leaving the blog just as it is, I think this is the way Angie would like things to be. I also have copies of Angie's journey, a picture and musical presentation, which was made for the service. Some of those who attended may have seen this playing during the reception at church. If you would like a copy, I would be more than happy to mail you one, just contact me at afooshee@hotmail.com

In other news, we have been making plans for the kids this fall at school, and I have been preparing for my new job at Frontier Academy Middle School in Greeley. Every day is a struggle between moving on (what your head tells you to do) and reminiscing and missing Angie so much (what your heart tells you to do). The family has made several trips back up to Estes to visit the cemetery already, and each visit brings new thoughts and insights for me. The kids are doing fine, and we have a new addition to the family, Lily: a 12 week old Papillon puppy. I will try to post pictures when I get some.

A thank you to all who attended and honored Angie at the service. Thanks for all of your support, prayers and gifts throughout our journey together. A scholarship fund was set up and over $10,000 has been raised for the kids college fund.

I'll be talking to you soon, Love Rick and kids

Rick, I've been thinking of you and the kids every day since the funeral. Please let us know if you need anything, or call anytime if you need to talk, vent, or whatever. You're in my thoughts and prayers. Give Jim and Kathy a hug for me.

Love,
Sarah

Me too Rick! Thanks for the update. We also think of Angie, and you and the kids every day. I know and can feel that Angie is in a better place, and is at peace. I'll check back in a few days for the pictures.

Give the kids and everyone a hug, and know that you are always welcome to call or e-mail if you want to reminsce on some fun "Angie Times".

Rick, I have been checking back here and am glad you have provided an update to those of us who are far away. You've been in our hearts as always. Let us know if you need anything at all. Good luck in starting the new job.
