After the positive news from the last scan that the cancer has been held off so successfully, the doctors are focussed on the last 'active' areas including Angie's lung. This tumor is the largest she has currently - there has been some pain and discomfort from the radiation which started last Wednesday but so far so good. The radiation will finish up on May 6th. Then Angie will have a break for a couple of weeks before the next rounds of chemo begin - likely late May. Only her lung tumor and a small tumor in her liver are still considered 'active cancer' at this point.
ALSO the bowl a thon is filling up fast - less than two weeks away now! Be sure to get in your team or pledges asap! It promises to be great fun and wildly successful!
We will post photos here after the bowl a thon for all to enjoy.

Hi Angie! You rock girl! I am in awe of your strength and bravery. Keep absorbing the strength and love of those around you. We wish we could be there with you every second, but know that we're thinking of you constantly.
Love ya mamacita!
Sarah
I'm so proud of you Angie enduring all of this!!! You're perseverence in following doctors orders seem to be paying off.
Matthew 21:22 If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."
Keep the faith and know that God is in control and has plan.
Try to laugh and smile it helps healing to!

From my sister, Erin:
Hi Angie! Sarah's sister Erin here...just want you to know you are in my thoughts. I do yoga at least twice a week and I dedicate my practices to YOU. Good energy is coming your way from Minnesota!
Love,
Erin
Hey guys. We miss and love you so much. We are so sorry for your hardships and wish we could take some of them on ourselves. I hope you know how much we look up to you. Hang in there and keep up the good work. Can't wait to see you again, hug the kids and each other for us and know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Angie, I'm so grateful for you and for your family. You all are such an inspiration. Congrats on the graduation bro!
We love you!!
Amiee, Derek, Casey, Franklin, and Darlene...
