Hello everyone, Angie has just completed her most recent round of chemotherapy. She went in to the hospital on Tuesday to receive her treatment. She stayed overnight on Tuesday, as one of the drugs is administered over a 12 over period. She was feeling well enough on Wednesday evening to come home. Since then, she has been resting comfortably. We have been working on our landscaping at home, and yesterday she planted her favorite petunias during the late afternoon. We are all looking forward to some nice weather over the next few days. Hopefully Angie will be able to spend some time outside and drink in some sunshine and Vitamin D!
The kids are out of school now and have been spending a great amount of time playing in the backyard. They have also enjoyed getting together with friends and cousins, and getting away from from Mom and Dad a little bit. They will be going to Vacation Bible School next week at Our Saviour's.
The plan is for Angie to have another round of chemo treatments in two weeks, and then re-scan and look at the progress of the treatments, and the continuing shrinkage of the cancer at that point.
Talk to you soon, Rick, Angie and kids

good news guys. I just really believe in "outside" time. I am glad you got out Angie. We are praying for you. You are a trooper all of you!!!!
Hi Birthday Buddy! Tom told me of your illness. I've been praying for you everyday. Glad to hear you're doing better. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you. Tell your Mom & Dad that I love them. I don't work with Dr Tom anymore so I'm really not in the loop. Kelsey gave me this blog so I could keep up on things. Good Luck & praying for you.
