Hi Everyone, Just a quick note tonight from the hospital...The CT Scan today to determine Angie's flank pain has revealed that the cancer has shrunk significantly in only two weeks! The doctor was excited to tell us the great news. The cancer and tumors have all shrunk down since the most recent chemotherapy treatments! We are all praising God, hugging and celebrating tonight in Angie's room tonight.
It has been a long hospital stay, but Angie is in great spirits tonight. Our prayers are all working, let's keep them up and help Angie kick this stuff while she has it on the ropes!!! Hopefully we can have her home very soon. Miracles do happen!!
Love, Rick

Congratulations Rick on graduating and congratulations Angie on enduring this most painful and harsh sounding treatment because it sounds like you are beginning to get the upper hand on this cancer now. I will praise God for the good news and for lots more positive results to continue. You both have been amazing this year.

Congratulations Rick! I know its been a hard journey for you to complete this goal, in the face of all the changes in your life over the last 7 months. I know when I talked to Angie she really wanted this for you, so its no surprise she was able to summon the strength to be there for you at your graduation.
I'm glad that the "off-the-charts" drugs seem to be helping some of the awful side affects of the chemo. We are all praying that these shrunken/weakened tumors will not receive their final blow and will not return!
Take care of yourselves and give Angie, and the kids a big hug from us!
Yeah! I am so glad to hear the great news. What a week of celebrating - graduating and tumor shrinking! Prayers to work and miralces can happen. We'll keep praying!

Go Angie, go Angie! (I'm dancing in my chair as I shout this) More prayers are on the way for this cancer to get gone already, and for you to go home soon. Keep taking those drugs, and eating purple popsicles!
Love you!
Sarah
